Peeps, here’s your one-note-from-the-song-she-wrote lunch time jam. It’s the only Chili Peppers song I’ll put on intentionally…even if none of them Peppers have their shirts on in the video. Navarro’s guitar panned hard right during the verse and jangly chords in the chorus, both are perfect. And don’t miss Flea’s slidey chorus bass line. And the lyrics are a given…otherwise I wouldn’t post it. :)

Peeps, speaking of Zedd, here’s my fave song of his.
I hated love songs like this when I was younger. Too full of angst or something and couldn’t relate to somebody being the “piece of me I wish I didn’t need.” Pretty cool that once we find somebody that is, lyrics like these just make sense.
