So I have this thing that Iāve been doing ever since I was a teenager. Itās not a healthy thing and Iāve struggled to let go of it ever since I stopped drinking.
Most of the time I donāt even realize Iām doing it until after Iāve already done it.
In the last several weeks I realized just how bad the behavior is. How it takes me out of the moment and distracts me from all that I have and all thatās truly important.
