If your code editor can’t do this you’re missing out. Multi-line text editing in all its glory: 70+ lines at once.
Sublime Text is worth every penny.
And yes, this kinda thing is what I do all day.

I have used Notepad++ for years at work but this feature has slowly been pulling me to install sublime and convert.

Definitely give it a try. And have a good look at the keyboard shortcuts. They’re where all the power is.

Cool! Been using vim for years and can very likely do the same with Visual Block. Can’t really justify using any other editor since it’s been around since 1976 and it’s free!
