Peeps, this is cat’s favorite song for me to sing to her. We have a dance routine, the whole bit. She doesn’t have the best background singer voice but she tries in her best, frantic meow.

Argh… I just got home from work and one of the cats threw up sometime today, my mouth hurts from being at the dentist this morning, I feel like my cold came back, Wilder is dead, Maggie and I are both starving, and I forgot to get coffee on the way home. Fuck this day. 😡

Los Angeles (AP) — Gene Wilder, the frizzy-haired actor who brought his deft comedic touch to such unforgettable roles as the neurotic accountant in “The Producers” and the deranged animator of “Young Frankenstein,” has died. He was 83.

😞 He was such a staple of my youth movie watching. Quirky, funny, emotional, outrageous, anti-leading man. Men like Wilder helped me learn to be okay just being me, frizzy hair and all.

a birthday movie was a tradition for a couple of years. in retrospect, i suspect he wanted someone to go with. we went to the Godfather 2 two years later.
