Peeps, here’s your burning-deep-inside-my-brain Sunday after 5 jam.
Looking back through old photos to find one of Momma J. and I for Mother’s Day, I was thinking of that whole time period from 1989 to 1990 and all the nutty stuff I did. I miss the reckless abandon, complete disregard for public safety, and all that but there’s no way I’d ever wanna go through being a teenager again. Not knowing my ass from a hubcap.
When thinking about different eras it’s hard not think of the music, too. This song came out in late 1989 and prob the only one of his I can sing word for word. Because girls are hard. 😉

Barry Manilow has canceled his upcoming concert in Chicago.
The legendary singer-songwriter was scheduled to perform at Allstate Arena in Rosemont on Wednesday, but revealed in a Facebook post that the show will not go on as he focuses on his health.

i have soooo many pics of stella and elaine or phoebe and elaine. they don’t do it to me unless she’s gone for more than a day. then i’m the mom. stretch their little foot out and ask to be loved.

it’s the long odds but it’s where i’d throw a nickle. he’ll be “in seclusion” for awhile. maybe “never speak of it again” kind of thing.
