I could easily shave 10-15 minutes off my dentist appointments if I stopped asking them questions, having friendly banner.

Example: have the police ever came into the office requesting x-rays to help solve a case?

Today’s answer was, “not since I’ve worked here but I hope they do.”

I also let the dentist and tech (Stephen and Bryn) know that going to the dentist was similar to going to the tattoo shop in that I’m sitting in a chair while someone leans over me with a sharp electric utensil.

And that led into a whole other conversation about how the tech’s brother got his girlfriend Erica’s name tattooed on his wrist. And then they broke up so Bryn suggested to him to get “Am” in front of “Erica”
