I had a baked potato left over from the other night so I sliced out two pieces from the center, reheated them on the cast iron, and fried two eggs to go with.
When the eggs and ‘taters were ready I slid them both on toasted honey white bread, sprinkled on the cheddar, and then lunch was damn served.
Oh, there’s also a piece of havarti on the bottom, too. Only rarely can one have too much cheese.
