Thanos, a philosophy and economics double major who thinks once you eat a plant it will never grow back: i have to slaughter half the universe’s population with the infinity stones, so that no one ever runs out of resources and starves
Thor, a phys ed and linguistics major with a minor in women’s studies, taking a sip of his strawberry protein shake: can’t you just use the infinity stones to create more resources tho?

Going to see Avengers: Age of Ultron — me, Maggie., and her friend. Glad we’re not seeing Cinderella.

i thought it was a C- at best. i loved the first 2 Ironman. I liked Capt America and the first Thor had it’s moments. I even liked Hulk at times. I’m hoping if there’s another Ironman it’ll be cool.

Ya, I didn’t care for much, was even a bit disappointed. Downey Jr. is good at Iron Man and it’s good to see him out of his real life funk.
I read that Capt. America 3 is in the works. Personally, I think they need to give all the Avengers a rest.
Ant-man looks promising and I’ve been meaning to check out Daredevil on the Netflix.

What if Marvel gave a party and everybody came? That’s the organizing principle of “The Avengers,” the much-anticipated, hugely hyped, immensely expensive and fitfully enjoyable (with an asterisk) convocation of comic book superheroes in which Iron Man, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye team up to save the world. I’ll explain the asterisk later. First let me note the magnitude of the event for the movie’s fan base versus the oddity of the mashup – a slow start, a single star performance surrounded by indifferent acting and an onslaught of computer effects that range from seen-it-all-in-“Transformers” to a whole sky full of spectacular stuff in the midtown Manhattan climax.
Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and Hulk were all good in their own movies but I’m not sure if I’m going to like them packed into one sardine film can.

Iron Man rocked. the others had minor moments, at best.

I enjoyed both Iron Man movies, thought Downey Jr. made the show for sure.
Capt. America was fun but only for the action-y special effects, a little break from reality.
Thor wasn't bad either. Maybe it's because I like muscular men with long blonde hair from other realms. With that said, Hopkins was no Odin.
Can't think of anything memorable about the Hulks so they probably sucked.

“The Avengers” movie trailer was released Tuesday morning, and the two-minute peek into the Marvel Studios movie promises explosions, fight scenes and Tony Stark’s trademark sass.
The much-anticipated film, directed by “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” creator Joss Whedon and scheduled for a May 4, 2012, release, unites the Marvel superheroes that have been separately dominating the box office since “Iron Man” in 2008. The trailer shows Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) telling the team why they’ve been – er – assembled, the heroes checking out their digs at what we can assume is S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters, and “Thor” villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) misbehaving again, all to the soundtrack of Nine Inch Nails’ “We’re In This Together.”
Thor was good. Iron Man 1 & 2 were good. Joss Whedon is good. Nine Inch Nails is good. This movie better be good or I’m gonna go Magneto on somebody’s ass come May.
