Peeps, feast your eyes on le cake. Maggie wanted it to be round and use ALL of the batter so we made a series of le cakes.

Then I realized the frosting from poor mother cupboard expired back in Nov 2016. No, one cannot have frostless cake so we made icing for drizzling.

Also, since we used the juice from a full lime (because I like lime chocolate cake) Maggie added green food coloring to le icing mix.

Yummy AND festive.
