Fresh from the oven! Smelled good, looked good.
I cut in half and inspected the crust just below the cheese. I never make frozen deep dish at home because the crust never gets done before I’m literally ready to eat the box it came in.
My pizza was close though. Just a smidge, a hair, a notch away from magnifico. I set the temp down to 400°F and put it back in the oven for another five or so minutes.
