Sliced mozzarella, a sprinkling of sharp cheddar and grilled mushrooms, onions on my half. Maggie don’t do them.
I preheated the oven to 450°F beforehand because I don’t know what I’m doing and the pros apparently set their ovens to 600°F or whatever.
I used a round cookie sheet to bake it on. Again, it was my first attempt and I wasn’t buying a pizza stone in case this whole affair went south. I set a timer for 20 minutes and said a prayer to Saint Liberata.
