PRODUCTS

Are all the photos original?

Yep. Any memes and such you run across aren’t but all the products, galleries, and #photos are.

How are the photos printed?

Photos are printed to order in a professional laboratory on glossy or satin paper with beautiful, vivid colors. On the back prints are then signed and dated (with the original photo date), carefully packaged and shipped to ensure that they arrive at your place in perfect condition. Usually.

Can I get a different crop of a photo?

Yep. Fill out the contact form with the photo and let me know how you’d like it. The more details the better.

Do you license your photos for commercial use?

Yep. Fill out the contact form with the photo and let me know which you’d like to use.

Do you do commissioned work?

Yep. Fill out the contact form and tell me about your vision.

Why are some of the products so expensive?

Because… not only are you paying for the product but also the artwork. Art’s pretty but it’s not cheap.

How are the products sorted?

Products are sorted newest to oldest, the latest stuff is always first.

If you’re looking for something specific try the search, it’s pretty good. You can also filter the products by clicking on a #hashtag Those guys will limit the products accordingly.


ORDERS

Is this all secure?

Of course.

Nothing is happening when I click the “Enter payment details” button during check out. Why won’t it work?

Try disabling any browser extensions that tighten your security. These can interfere with the check out process.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship via USPS within 5 business days.

Where can I review my orders?

An order history is kept for visitors who are signed in during checkout. You can create an account if you don’t already have one.

What I ordered doesn’t look like what’s on the site. Why is that?

They’re as close as they can be but not exact simply because screens (monitors, phones, tablets) show colors differently than printers print them. This will even happen with your printer at home.

I don’t like what I ordered. Can you help?

Sure! Send it back within 14 days and you’ll get a full refund (minus shipping), no questions asked.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Please visit the Forgot Password page and enter the username and email address you provided when signing up. After a few minutes you should receive an automated email from this site. In this email there will be a personalized link which allows you to reset your password directly.

Please note: passwords are case sensitive and must be entered in twice exactly the same for confirmation.

Can you retrieve or reset my password for me?

No, for security reasons, I cannot retrieve or reset the password for any member.

I’m having problems signing in. Can you help?

Most difficulties signing in are related to incorrect passwords. Please be sure you’re typing your password directly as shown, paying special care to the case. I recommend that you type them and not copy and paste as this can introduce unwanted characters into the password field.

I’m being told my account is not active. What does this mean?

Shortly after you signed up you were sent a confirmation email which included a link to activate your account. If you can’t find this email, have it resent.

I try to sign-in but my account is locked. What should I do?

For security precautions, your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts.

Please visit the Forgot Password page and enter the username email address you provided when signing up. After a few minutes you should receive an automated email from this site. In this email there will be a personalized link which allows you to reset your password and thus unlock your account.


EMAILS

I’m not getting any email from tcrbang.com. What should I do?

There’s a chance that emails you’ve been sent have ended up in your Spam or Junk folder. What might help is for you to add robot@tcrbang.com to your email address book. The odds dramatically increase that emails for this site will then be delivered to your Inbox.

To make it easy to add this site to your address book, you can download the vCard. Your address book should then open and allow you to save the contact information.

If you’re still not getting emails from the site, please contact your IT department. They will be able to help you further troubleshoot.

What’s with the robot@tcrbang.com email address?

That’s the address the site sends automated emails from. There’s not a real human behind it pushing buttons so I call it the robot.
