Was at IKEA in Bolingbrook 1/2 hour before closing. Only 2!!

Sheman last I checked, I’m the customer. I don’t care what responsibilities the cashiers or any other employee has. Waiting 17 minutes to check out with one item is total BS. No matter how you look at it, my time is valuable to me and if I continue to have to wait that long to check out, I’ll go to another store. The Wheaton store has you in line and out the door in less than 5 minutes no matter the time or day.

grace b… I refer to it as such because I have worked hard for the same company for 18 years. Trust me - ain’t no millionaires living in my house. We work hard to get through each week. Come to Batavia…besides having lots of registers open they also have self checkout. I think STC only ever has one or two registers open!
