Sara and I are eating at Eddie Gaedel Pub & Grill in Elburn based on a previous recommendation. We’re just getting started on their Impossible Burgers.
So my next question is: what do you guys do in Elburn after that? This is not a joke. What’s there to do?

Have more drinks and enjoy the music at Eddie’s. Or… go to Schmidt’s a few doors down for more adult beverages. Or… go to Alice’s for an ice cream. Or…..go home and enjoy yourself there. What would you do anywhere else?

And yep, that’s the Impossible Burger, vegetarian and all. It was almost too good to be true. A meatosaur could easily be fooled. My only thought is that They should have hey barbecue sauce option in addition to the teriyaki sauce. BBQ and coleslaw are like PB and J.
