I’ve always been in the camp of people who weren’t going to workout, but that all changed with the pandemic…
I rolled the odometer or whatever on my row machine last night and feel like I should be able to paddle my way to Fiji and back this summer.

I also used to watch House of Cards and Kevin Spacey’a character had a super nice indoor water rower. I have also noticed that there are mobile ERG machines that could give you a flexibility of a rower with other positions.

I liked Michael Kelly in Jack Ryan more than I did in House of Cards
Oh, I loved Jack Ryan all around, too. I did like how driven Kelly was in House of Cards though. He was a determined man.
