I’m really glad that Maggie likes watching the X-Men movies on repeat while she’s doing her own thing.
Makes working at home more pleasant, having similar things that I’d put on the TV playing in the background.

I don’t know how I found my way to Gus Van Sant tonight, but I did. I was surprised twice. First, by how many of his movies I haven’t saw, and second, by how many I saw in row, without knowing they were his movies.
I see a lot of movies. Mostly Hollywood dreck, but I see more arty movies than a lot of people too. I saw 7 of Gus’ movies in a row starting with “Drugstore Cowboys” thru to “Finding Forrester”. I loved ‘em all, probably Forrester the best. “Cowgirls” was flawed, but it would have been a hard movie to make, imo.
