For tonight’s dinner menu we have sourdough toast, over-medium eggs, potato pancakes, and le green onions. I’m still not a potato pancake chef but these check out.
Note to future self: silver dollar size are easier to manhandle.
I saw someone post a how-to video on FB earlier today and I thought, “I like taters, I can make those critters” and there you have it.
