I give it a solid A. The dough came out perfect, chewy and crispy. I just need to fine tune my pizza making/baking skills. A bit more sauce maybe, two or so more mushrooms. Maybe brush the crust with olive oil so it browns and thus doesn’t look like I’m a newbie.
