was what I been waiting for. Alien really disappointed me. It wasn’t my favorite franchise, but I really liked ‘em and it really didn’t hit the spot for me.
The Pirates are my all time favorite franchise, and I liked it a little more than I liked Alien, but it still missed by a long way.
I had no expectations for Wonder Woman. And as soon as I say that I realize that I really did have those expectations. They say that expectations color events. I am usually expecting good things because I love movies. But in those first two examples i was disappointed. So I’m not sure where I come down on the expectation thing. i thought i was gonna love Wonder Woman and I did.
Her costume did not disappoint. The actress was a little more than perfect. The back story and the plot were cool. I would have preferred some full frontal BBQ, but I can’t have everything.

Pirates is still on my list. I liked Wonder Woman but i guess I was “expecting” a little more. 😊

I think the reason I didn’t like Wonder Woman more was because it felt like a continuation of Batman V Superman, but only in look. They seemed to share the exact same color palette. Okay, both are DC movies with the same characters, same universe… but I was really hoping that Wonder Woman would stand on its own a wee bit more. Have it’s own look and feel.
Other than that, I totally loved it. Gal Gadot is my hero on Instagram.

I like Chris Pine, too… but (2) I felt like he was the same character that he was in the Star Trek. Okay, maybe his Kirk was a little less brazen in WW and maybe I’m nitpicking. Movies that hold their own, do their own thing get bumped up on my watch-again list.
