Snobs think because it’s popular and generates massive wealth, that it isn’t art. Sorry kids, it’s the highest art form yet realized by man. It more accurately and contemparirly depicts our culture and societies than any other medium, with the possible exception of music. They’re so intertwined that it’s hard to draw a good line separating the two.
