the girl speaking spanish on “spill the wine” was eric burdon’s girlfriend and she is probably tripping (that’s 70’s lingo for high on lsd)

she was being pleasured by eric and that is the audio.

the background stuff on pink floyd was just incidental studio chatter by the guy on the sound board.  he’s saying, “i’m mad, i’ve always been mad…working with bands so long…” amongst other tidbits.

the guy speaking a language that sounds like italian on the chicago song, “saturday in the park” is just nonsensical sounds that he made up trying to sound italian.
