“Hanna” is almost a foreign movie. VERY COOL. Probably not for little kids but definitely cool for everyone else.

The girl in it is a completely kick ass kung fu (uma thurman in kill bill? think: her lil’ sis) and it’s easy to see she’ll be breakin’ some hearts someday soon. She’s about 5 mins short of being beautiful sexy (ok, more like 5 years) AND she’s killer smart and tough. A role model for anyone.

It’s also hilarious at times. She has a date with a boy. It’s her first kiss. rotfl!

The script works too. It follows the rule: Keep it believable “within the context what you’re trying to do with the story”. Maybe a little bit of a reach, but the story works as well as anything and much better than most of the crap hollywood churns.
