i've rarely heard better parental advice.
joe and lois larkin hardly ever came out with stated agendas. theirs was a completely unscripted performance, and there were some jimdandies.
mom ran a red light with a complete carload of kids and the guy followed us home to chew her ass and then realized the extent of her inebriation. the spotlight captures mom as she walks (!) down to the end of the driveway for her retort and the guy drives away. dad came home about a half hour later and asked us if mom was drunk.
