Keith’s longtime longtime.  There are many images available on the bigassweb of Anita.  That’s the trouble with being famous.  Time, heroin, life and nicotine had it’s way with her, and rode her hard.  She held her head up though, even when she knew that the photographer was not her friend.  

I have a lot of heroes who shouldn’t necessarily be a hero.  But I admire perseverance.  The Wiki had an interesting read on Anita.  I especially liked the chapter about her struggles and triumphs.

I know all these people who quit drinking whisky and shootin’ dope and they can’t quit tobacco.  If they announce a cause of death it’s going to be COPD.
