I thought it was supposed to sound like something specific like the old “born on a pirate ship” schtick. And I wasn’t getting it.

Nothing really… The backstory is far less interesting than the phrase itself.

I was thinking that I needed a clear magnet because most are the ugly charcoal and not really usable for showcasing art of any kind. Then I was just being silly the more I thought and repeated/refined the phrase while driving home from work.
