I typed this into Google: zappa purple walls background painting

Basically, I was just hoping somebody would be talking about this exact photo and I figured they would mention the purple walls. The first search result said: “The painting in the background was used on Alice Coopers 1st album that Frank produced. … I immediately wanted to paint my walls that zappa shade of purple.” So then I looked up Alice Cooper’s discography on Wikipedia.

i don’t know how i remember this but FZ was helpful to Alice early in Alice’s career. i think he might have produced some of the early stuff.

but i i KNOW this about the “Pretties” album: it came with a pair of ladies panties on/in the record jacket. covering the album.
