The handling of gay rights issues vary by state and follow trends by region.
Must not be too many open-minded folk living in the south east.

the southeast is the only place i'll never live.
of course there are exceptions like parts of F-L-A and atlanta.
civil rights are for everyone and the number one violators remain in the same places they've always been.
