No you have not. They must be some sort of take home kit you do yourself. Why else would it be sold unfrosted??
They’re a real thing! I like them better than the frosted because you can taste all that preserved synthetic pastry flavor.

Why did you buy unfrosted? Ps. 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp milk works better
